What we aim for

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard most commonly applied to US business websites.

What is actually in place

Every page has one visible main heading and a heading order with no skipped levels.

Body text is checked against its real background color — including where a translucent panel sits over a dark band — and holds the AA contrast ratio.

Every image carries alternative text. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.

A skip link is the first thing keyboard users reach, and every interactive control has a visible focus outline.

Interactive controls are sized for touch. Forms have real labels, correct input types and error messages that say what to do next.

Animation respects the reduce-motion setting on your device.

The site works at any width without sideways scrolling, and reflows to a single column on a phone.

Where we know we fall short

The property tools rely on drawing an outline by clicking on a plan. That is a visual, pointer-driven task and we have not yet made it operable by keyboard alone. If you want the same information, call us at 443·706·8876 and we will read it out and send it to you in writing. This is on our list to fix.
