What we collect, why, and what we do not do. Short, because this site does very little.
What this site collects
If you fill in the estimate form, we receive whatever you type into it: your name, your phone number, your email address, the property address or town, the service you selected and any message you write.
That is the only personal information this website collects. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no hidden data capture.
What it does not collect
This site sets no cookies at all — not ours, not anyone else’s. It stores two small values in your browser only if you use the features that need them: your language choice, if you press ES, and nothing else. Both stay on your device.
This site sets no cookies of its own. It does not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, session recording or heatmaps.
The property tools run entirely in your browser. When you type an address into the Site Read tool or draw a patio outline, none of that is sent anywhere or stored — it exists only on your screen until you close the tab.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives the request for the font files — your IP address and browser details, as with any file your browser fetches. We do not send Google anything about you beyond that.
The storm panel on the home page reads the National Weather Service API (api.weather.gov) for the Baltimore County alert zone. That request carries a fixed county zone code, not your location, but it does reach a government server from your browser. It runs on the home page only.
Those two are the only outside services this website contacts. We checked by loading the site in a browser and recording every request that left it, rather than by reading our own code.
Why we hold it and for how long
We use what you send solely to contact you about the work you asked about, and to prepare an estimate. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for marketing.
Enquiries are kept while they are live and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call and we will deal with it. There is no form to fill in for this.
