Estimates and prices
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer. Figures produced by the property tools are indicative working, generated from the outline you draw and from published unit assumptions. They are there to show you the arithmetic, not to price your job.
A real price comes from a written estimate after we have visited the property and looked at the actual ground. Only that written estimate binds either of us.
Property and soil data
Lot boundaries, lot sizes, soil series, drainage classes and hardiness zones shown in the tools come from Maryland state parcel records and the United States Department of Agriculture soil survey.
Those are public datasets and they are accurate enough to plan from, but they are not a survey. Do not rely on a boundary shown here for anything legal, for a fence line, or for a dispute with a neighbor. Commission a surveyor for that.
Photographs
Photographs of completed work are of jobs carried out by Jamatte Landscaping. No stock photography is used to represent our work. Every yard is different and yours will not look identical to any photograph here.
